Job keeps on fretting at God. 10:18 Why then did you bring me out of the womb? I wish I had died before any eye saw me. Job's friend thinks that Job must have done some unrighteous & unjustand thus deserving a punishment from heaven. At the present moment, Job is really in the pit of the dark shadow of his life. He even curbs himself back to his birthhood.
This relates me to think of the perception proposed by John Gray in his book about Karma. Here comes his idea with which I agree:-
The outdated notion of karma, we easily come back to our past and keep on thinking that if we were good, then you get good back in return. Your past creates your future. This same idea is understood in science. For every action there is a corresponding effect and reaction. Common sense? Then our past explains and creates now and right now creates our future. Make sense?
Our future is determined by what we have done or not done, thought or not thought, believed or not believed, felt or felt, said or not said, promised or not promised, needed or not needed, etc. Isn't it? The new notion of instant karma is that our future is determined by what we do, think, and feel today, and those are now our choice. When people were unaware of their inner world and feelings, they didn't have a choice, but now we are aware or can quickly respond to this. We have the choice!
In the past, if you got sick and, after going to see a doctor, you weren't healed, then you would conclude you were being punished by God or had to suffer more before you could be redeemed or healed. Jesus, the great teacher and healer, came to dispel this misundertanding. His message was that everyone is forgiven. The God he spoke of and directly experienced was not punishing in any way, but forgiving. By opening their hearts to Jesus, people were healed regardless of their past.
