Job 7 Panic to death

Self pity precedes self destruction, doesn't it? This negativity will spread and run one into helpless state of mind. Being a single mom, negative thinking is the big prevalence and easily drives one into hopelessness and meaninglessness in life. How to turn around? If not for Jesus' model, I will never fight back and dare to dream and to thrive. Taking sufferings and pain as a sort of lesson and training in life and believing God really provides and protects me and my family. This conviction is the capstone of my strike back over the turmoils. Substitute ingratitude with gratitude. Replace self-pity with "the secret walk with God over the trouble water"; how cherished is the memory.
